Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development:

- Lead the development of the platform using Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to ensure high performance.

2. System Design and Architecture:

- Develop scalable and efficient architecture with a strong focus on system design and UI/UX principles.

3. Problem Solving & Proactive Execution:

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues quickly and efficiently.

4. Risk-Taking & Fast Execution:

- Execute swiftly to experiment and adapt to new challenges, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

5. Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor junior developers and set standards for code quality and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

- Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.

- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
