Salary Range: INR 15 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs per annum

Serving over 25 Energy and Broadband Providers and more than 30 white label and co-branded partners, CIMET has developed a fully integrated online comparison and signup platform. CIMET's partnership with iSelect, which holds a 49% stake in CIMET Holdings, has fueled expansion into new product lines such as Credit Cards, Home Loans, Car Loans, Personal Loans, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Pet Insurance. Currently, CIMET has around 150 team members across Australia, India, and the Philippines, with plans to double this number over the next two years.
Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Node.js and React.js, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, and managing technical aspects of front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- System Design: Architect and implement scalable and maintainable systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure applications perform well across a variety of devices and browsers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into development processes.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Experience and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Node.js and React.js.
- Front-End: Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Back-End: Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
- Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- UI/UX: Ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
