Full Stack Developer (Angular, Springboot)

Position: Fullstack Web Development Lead

Location: Gurgaon and Noida

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Web Development Lead with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Springboot with Hibernate, MySQL, and Linux OS (CentOS, Redhat). Experience with hosting on AWS and GCP is essential. The role involves client requirement gathering and effective team management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Client Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Frontend Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery.Backend Development: Design and implement backend services using Springboot with Hibernate.

• Database Management: Manage and optimize MySQL databases for performance and reliability.

Deployment and Hosting: Oversee the deployment and hosting of applications on AWS and GCP.

Team Management: Manage a team of 5 developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and product management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Frontend: Expertise in Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery.

Backend: Proficient in Springboot with Hibernate.

Database: Strong knowledge of MySQL.Operating Systems: Experience with Linux (CentOS, Redhat).

• Cloud Hosting: Proficient in hosting applications on AWS and GCP.

Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.

Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and requirement gathering.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack web development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
