Uppal, Begumpet & Kondapur . This dual role combines expertise in recruitment and business development to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Result-Driven Recruitment: Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques for both Non-IT and IT roles in the US market.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of Non-IT recruiting experience focusing on permanent hiring for mid to high-level candidates for on-site assignments.
- Full Recruitment Life Cycle: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US.
- MSP/VMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Expert Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, and X-ray search techniques.
- US Work Authorizations & Visa Types: Hands-on experience with different types of US work authorizations and visa types.
- Tax Terms Knowledge: Expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C tax terms.
- Action Plans/Recruiting Strategies: Develop strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites.
- Direct Client Experience: Experience working with direct clients on W2 roles (No RPO/C2C/Implementation background).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies, and compliance regulations in the US job market.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals using social media platforms, participating in relevant industry forums, and joining relevant groups.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills to effectively pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients and candidates.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for building relationships, presenting ideas, and negotiating deals effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop effective strategies to expand the company's reach.
- Time Management: Juggle multiple job roles and opportunities, requiring effective time management and prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Client Engagement: Engage with US citizens and companies across the United States.
- Sales Passion: Demonstrated passion for sales with a proven ability to convert leads into clients.
- Client Handling & Cold Calling: Experience in handling clients and cold calling is advantageous.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Demonstrated success in lead conversion and robust sales experience is highly desirable.
- International Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in International Sales or International Business Development.
