Position: Full-Cycle IT/ERP Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote (India) | Time Zone: US CST Hours, MST preferred

Compensation: Base Salary of 8-10 LPA with a tiered commission structure of 3-5%

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Full-Cycle IT/ERP Technical Recruiter with expert-level sourcing skills and a proactive hunter mentality. This full-cycle role is ideal for a recruiter who combines technical recruiting expertise with the creativity, drive, and out-of-the-box thinking required to source top candidates aligned precisely with client requirements. You will own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and continuous support throughout each candidate's project assignment, ensuring that each placement drives impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently, from proactive sourcing and rigorous technical screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing engagement throughout project assignments.
  • Expert-Level Technical Sourcing: Aggressively source and identify top candidates for specialized roles, including software developers, data engineers, and ERP experts (technical and functional). Use Boolean search, STEPS-AI Talent Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative strategies to uncover talent that meets specific client requirements.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and sustain trust-based, long-term relationships with candidates through consistent communication and support. Provide end-to-end engagement, ensuring each new hire is effectively onboarded, project-ready, and supported throughout the assignment.
  • Strategic and Creative Sourcing Execution: Leverage the STEPS-AI Talent Platform and advanced sourcing techniques to go beyond traditional methods, continuously applying innovative approaches to identify high-caliber candidates who match client technical and cultural needs.
  • Ongoing Post-Placement Support: Maintain regular engagement with placed candidates, ensuring their satisfaction, alignment with client expectations, and successful integration, while proactively addressing any issues that arise.

  1. Technical Recruiting Expertise with Screening Precision: Extensive experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Product and ERP specialists, with the STEPS-AI Talent Platform providing refined technical and cultural assessments for precise alignment.
  2. Full-Cycle Candidate Engagement & Relationship-Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain robust candidate relationships through clear communication, regular follow-up, and engagement from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing project support.
  3. Expert Sourcing & Follow-Up Skills: Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search and effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter and the STEPS-AI Talent Platform, paired with a rigorous follow-up strategy to maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline and ensure alignment with client needs.

The first few months in this role will be critical for demonstrating exceptional sourcing precision and adherence to STEPS's process. Success during this period requires a strong commitment to STEPS's standards of excellence, consistently applying both advanced sourcing techniques and rigorous process discipline to achieve accurate, impactful placements.
