Role Overview:
We're looking for a Full-Cycle IT/ERP Technical Recruiter with expert-level sourcing skills and a proactive hunter mentality. This full-cycle role is ideal for a recruiter who combines technical recruiting expertise with the creativity, drive, and out-of-the-box thinking required to source top candidates aligned precisely with client requirements. You will own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and continuous support throughout each candidate's project assignment, ensuring that each placement drives impactful results.
