Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper USA. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries (accounting), bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and overall accounting duties. The role will require working with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx, Advanced Excel, Python, and R.
Requirements
***US GAAP Experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of US Bookkeeping Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or payroll specialist, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate figures and reconcile accounts.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in payroll processing.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification as a Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid rules and guidelines.
