nThe mission of the Fulfillment Manager, SEO Services is to lead and orchestrate the strategic execution of comprehensive SEO services that drive substantial impact and value for our clients You duties are pivotal in ensuring the strategic alignment and operational excellence of all SEO activities, from initial strategy development to ongoing optimization, aiming to achieve and exceed client expectations while enhancing their online visibility and search engine rankings.

nStrategic SEO Delivery & Program Management:
n
n- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive SEO programs that strategically align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results.
n- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale SEO initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across multiple client accounts and campaigns.
n- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable SEO strategies.
n- Drive innovation in SEO service offerings, leveraging industry trends, advanced tools, and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Performance Optimization & Client Success:
n
n- Monitor and optimize the performance of SEO campaigns, conducting regular audits, analyses, and reporting to identify areas for improvement and growth.
n- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and performance metrics, demonstrating ROI and value.
n- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to key decision-makers.
n- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Leadership & Team Development::
n
n- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SEO specialists and experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
n- Define and implement best practices, processes, and quality standards for SEO service delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across client engagements.
n- Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals, and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
n- Collaborate with senior management to drive departmental growth, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall capabilities and impact of the SEO services team.

nWhat you bring to the table:

n- Maintain client satisfaction of 90% or higher with an aim of 12 month retention
n- Ensure 100% accuracy of SEO reports created by the team
n- Ensure 100% of SEO services are met and delivered timely
n- Audit 25% teams delivery for SEO services once a quarter to ensure quality and efficient processes
n- Attain a positive revenue growth trajectory YoY of 5-10%
n- Accurately assess proficiency and efficiency within the team above a 95% error rate
n- Ensure team is maintaining 100% response rate to major algorithm updates and implement appropriate adjustments within the process and team
n- Ensure 95% of SEO projects and client engagements are completed on time and within scope.
n- Ensure 100% of the team is proficient in using key SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) through regular training and assessments.

n- Expert knowledge of advanced SEO principles, techniques, and emerging trends, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex SEO programs and campaigns.
n- Deep understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs, and their application to drive business outcomes.
n- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content management systems, and web technologies, with a focus on integrating SEO into broader marketing initiatives.
n- Exceptional leadership and strategic management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious goals and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
n- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
n- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior executives and clients.
n- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic SEO programs that align with client business objectives and drive significant business impact and growth.
n- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects and client engagements effectively.
n- Capacity to innovate and adapt SEO strategies in response to evolving industry trends, algorithm updates, and client-specific challenges to achieve and exceed performance targets.
n- At least 4-5 years of progressive experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing SEO service delivery.
n- Bachelors degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
