THE ROLE
Here at Career.io, our business is growing very fast, and with that, we need the manpower to back it up! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers.
The Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) team is the backbone of Career.io's success.
As a FCC Associate, you will be interfacing directly with our customers and experts via telephone and email to generate the best possible experience for Career.io's customers. You'll work with other team members in India and other parts of the world.
