- Strong technical background in digital design and verification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools specific to front-end design.
