We are seeking a talented and experienced
Frontend Engineer to join our team, focused on delivering high-quality, performant, and scalable web applications. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the frontend experience, working closely with our designers, backend developers, and product team to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex frontend applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and high-speed responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate and meticulous implementation of UI mockups, paying close attention to detail and user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance to ensure smooth functionality across various devices and browsers.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code with a focus on TDD (Test-Driven Development) and continuous integration.
- Take ownership of frontend projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve coding standards.
- Effectively communicate in English and collaborate across teams to drive projects forward.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer science principles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably within a successful startup environment.
- Proficiency with React.js and ideally Next.js for building and maintaining interactive, high-performance web applications.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6) to create and style complex, visually appealing interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and design low-latency, high-speed applications.
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) techniques and tools for continuous integration.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
