Job Description: Frontend Developer

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Frontend Developer to join our vibrant team in Pune. If you enjoy making super lightweight frontends without drowning in JavaScript frameworks, and you have a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JS (especially leveraging the latest features HTML/CSS offer), we would love to hear from you. We believe in leveraging modern HTML and CSS capabilities to their fullest potential, minimizing the need for heavy JavaScript frameworks. We value skills and passion over long-winded experience and corporate fluff. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive, lightweight, and high-performance web interfaces.

- Implement modern HTML and CSS features to minimize dependency on JavaScript frameworks.

- Ensure the UI/UX design is visually appealing and user-friendly.

- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure smooth integration.

- Use React for certain projects as necessary, leveraging it thoughtfully.

- Optimize applications for maximum maintainability, speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Comprehensive understanding of modern HTML5 and CSS3 features.

- Basic knowledge of React.

- Good design sense and attention to detail.

- Passion for creating efficient and performant frontends.

- Must have public, viewable repositories on GitHub or similar platforms.

- Can demonstrate through own projects that they can build clean, efficient, and visually appealing frontends.

- Based out of Pune or willing to relocate; this is not a remote position.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

- Quick learner with a passion for keeping up with frontend technologies.

- Minimum or no professional experience is fine as long as you can demonstrate capability through personal projects or open-source contributions.
