We are building next-gen solutions for the beauty industry, and we are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with a flair for UI/UX design to help lead the front-end efforts of our innovative projects.

About the Role

As our Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building and implementing the front-facing features of our B2B SaaS tool. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to take ownership of the entire front-end process, collaborating closely with our team to deliver beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces. Your work will directly impact the experience that millions of customers have when interacting with our partner brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development process, translating UI/UX designs into responsive and functional web interfaces.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of the UI with backend services and APIs.
• Develop reusable front-end components and libraries using React.js to streamline the development process.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement responsive and mobile-first designs that cater to diverse user experiences across devices.
• Take part in design discussions and provide feedback to ensure user-centered design and usability.
• Troubleshoot and debug any front-end issues, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to improve front-end development practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of front-end development experience, with a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong background in UI/UX design principles, with experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
• Ability to ensure front-end components are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as the front-end lead while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality user interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
• Experience with animation and interactive design elements.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems.
