Role- Frontend Developer Team Lead
Summary -
Job Responsibilities-
Lead and manage a team of Frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Oversee the entire Frontend development process, including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers
Development of Web Pages from Scratch and RWD (Responsive Web Design)
The TL will work both independently and in collaboration with other co-TLs and the Sales team, contributing to project pitches from a technical perspective.
Requirements-
Proficiency front-end languages and libraries (e.g, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Previous experience in a leadership or management role, leading a team of developers.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
