Remote Office, acting as a dedicated HR partner for our clients, is on the hunt highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer (React.JS) for one of our Australian clients to take ownership of the frontend development of their platform. You will collaborate closely with the backend and AI teams to build a seamless, intuitive user interface that delivers an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the frontend of our SAAS platform using ReactJS.
- Collaborate with backend developers and AI engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and FAST API into the frontend.
- Build responsive and visually appealing UI/UX with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality, modularity, and maintainability through clean, reusable components and best practices.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimise application performance, including loading times, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
- Contribute to improving the front-end architecture and overall platform design.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Experience in building and integrating with REST APIs and/or FAST API.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and hooks in React.
- Understanding of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with NodeJS API integrations.
- Experience in working with applications where the backend is developed in Python.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Python development is a plus.
- Knowledge of GraphQL or similar API frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in building or maintaining SAAS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
