Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled HR Leader with 9-10 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js/NextJS
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme)
- Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack or Parcel
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express.js)
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in frontend development
- Proficient in React.js/NextJS and its core principles
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive layout design
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS)
- Knowledge of jQuery is a plus
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
