Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and highly skilled Principal Frontend Engineer to drive our efforts in creating impactful, user-centric applications. We are looking for a Front-End/UI Engineer who creates compelling user experiences and has a strong background in ReactJS and NodeJS, as well as mentor engineers, leading them through complex technical challenges, and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced, scalable client-side applications
- Solve complex problems with innovative and scalable solutions
- Write and maintain high-quality, functional Typescript and Javascript code
- Expertise in implementing the latest technologies in JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure code quality through TDD, continuous integration, and modern development practices
- Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Drive frontend architectural decisions and set standards for coding and design
- Staying ahead of the curve with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or Architect and hands-on experience working on NodeJS, demonstrated through a robust portfolio of projects.
- Extensive experience in client-side development on large scales, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Expertise in Typescript, ES6+, and other advanced frontend technologies
