- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with IDS software or similar hotel management systems
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and local language
