Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate check-ins, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property.
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process all guest check-ins efficiently and verify guest details.
- Collect identity proofs and balance payment before check-in.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain proper records of confirmed bookings/walk-ins.
- Walk-in Guest Enhancement and Sales Associations.
- Maintain accuracy when handling financial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with our operations team to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
