Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
- Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and messages
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage and maintain office supplies and stationery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a similar industry or company
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or hospitality
