Position.
Your title will be Front Office Executive/ Assistant Manager, and you will report to the Hotel General Manager/ Resident manager directly. This is a full-time position. While you are employed at this Company, you will not engage in any other employment, consulting, or other business activity (whether full-time or part-time) that would create a conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter of agreement, you confirm that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit you from performing your duties for the Company.
Job responsibilities
1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks on Hotel Software
2. Manage online and phone reservations
3. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
4. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
5. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
6. Inform customers about payment methods, verify their payment modes and ensure payment is collected before Checkout
7. Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner and update the same to the management
8. Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests needs
9. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees & guests
10.Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
11.Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
