We are a prestigious 4-star hotel located in Salem, committed to providing exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our team and lead our front office operations.

Job Overview

The Front Office Manager will oversee the entire hotel room operations and ensure efficient and effective front office management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff to ensure they provide excellent service and follow hotel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
  • Monitor and manage the front office budget, including expenses and revenues.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of front office areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Prepare and analyze front office reports and performance metrics.
  • Handle VIP guests and ensure their special requests and preferences are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 4+ years in front office management in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or higher hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
