Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Monarch Group of Hotels. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and supervising front office staff. The Front Office Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards.

Job Location- Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Qualifications

  • Hotel Front Office Administration and Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
