Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Essence of Nature Resort and Spa, Ranikhet, Uttarakhand

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Role Overview:
The Front Office Manager will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, managing guest services, and leading the front office team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their stay.
Front Desk Operations:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of reservations and room assignments.
- Maintain a high standard of front desk procedures and processes.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Schedule and manage front office staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Administration and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the front office.
- Monitor and control expenses within the front office department.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, transactions, and other relevant data.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Implement and maintain front office policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
