We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role in India.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to relevant departments or take messages as required.
- Assist in arranging meetings and conferences by booking rooms and organizing refreshments.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Maintain and update records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
