We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role in India.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls to relevant departments or take messages as required.
  • Assist in arranging meetings and conferences by booking rooms and organizing refreshments.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Maintain and update records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
