Job Title- Front Office Executive

Position Summary: We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations and contribute to creating a positive experience for our visitors and clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional client service and support.
Key Result Areas:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, providing accurate information.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Handle real estate inquiries, provide basic information or direct the relevant department.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Assist in scheduling meetings, viewings, and managing calendars for the sales team.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is preferred
