Hiring Front Office Executive for Kuddle Technology Private Limited (Kuddle Pet Care)
Job Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communication: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments, bookings, and meetings for clients and staff, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the office.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment calendars, and other relevant records.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality service
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.8 Lakhs / PA
