Greet visitors, students, staff, and faculty in a cordial, courteous and professional manner.
Answer and forward phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Provide accurate information about university programs, services, and procedures.
Handle inquiries from students, parents, and visitors.
Maintain an up-to-date directory of university officials and departments.
Notify university staff and faculty of visitor arrivals.
Provide directions and campus information to visitors as needed.
Coordinate with the concerned department for technical issues.
2. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
Assist in the coordination of university events and meetings.
Maintain an event calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming events.
Address and resolve complaints or refer them to the appropriate department.
Any other work as assigned from time to time.
Act as a point of contact during emergencies, following established protocols.
Communicate emergency information to relevant university officials.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ensure compliance with university policies regarding data protection and privacy.

Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and new initiatives.
Continuously improve the quality of service provided at the reception.
Seek feedback to improve performance and enhance service quality.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, be appropriately dressed, being the face of organization to the Visitor.
