Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Process guest reservations, registrations, payments, and room assignments accurately.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing hotel bookings and reservations systems.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Provide information about services available within the hotel and in the surrounding area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.- Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
