Overview
The Front Office Executive at our Leading Consulting Firm's Raja Annamalai Puram location plays a crucial role in providing exceptional front desk and administrative support. They are the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and they ensure a seamless and professional experience. This role is essential in upholding the firm's reputation and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them appropriately
- Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Ensure security and confidentiality of visitor and employee information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associateâs or bachelorâs degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar front office or administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
- Familiarity with handling office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and conduct in a corporate environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work requirements
