We are hiring Front Office Executive for a leading Consulting Firm

Overview

The Front Office Executive at our Leading Consulting Firm's Raja Annamalai Puram location plays a crucial role in providing exceptional front desk and administrative support. They are the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and they ensure a seamless and professional experience. This role is essential in upholding the firm's reputation and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them appropriately
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of visitor and employee information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar front office or administrative role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with handling office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and conduct in a corporate environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work requirements

Work Location: Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai.
