Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office team
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Ensure all front office duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
