Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming customers, and assisting them with their queries.
Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
Maintaining and updating customer database and records.
Managing inventory.
Handling cash and credit transactions.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
Assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
