Job Description:

Overview:

As a Guest Relationship Executive in the real estate sector, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their property transactions. You will serve as a liaison between clients and our real estate agents, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships to foster client loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, both in-person and over the phone or email. Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries, appointments, and property viewings. Provide information about available properties, market trends, and financing options.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Listen actively to client requirements and preferences to match them with suitable properties. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Property Management: Coordinate property listings, including scheduling viewings, preparing property information packets, and ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light. Assist in staging properties for optimal presentation to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Administrative Support: Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation. Maintain accurate client records and transaction details. Coordinate appointments and manage schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Ensure that clients receive timely updates throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Handle any issues or disputes with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in real estate. Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduation Mandatory.
  • Fresher / Any Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
