Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the front office and ensure smooth operations.
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle phone calls, appointments, IP admissions and patient inquiries.
Maintain and organize front office records and documents.
Manage billing (consultations and service) and payment processing for patients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Previous experience (min. 2 years) in a receptionist role preferably in a hospital setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Should be proficient in English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
