Multi-tasking role of process execution in Lead generation / Business development,

inside sales process, service, Recruiting, HR, purchase, front office etc.

Responding to inquiries

Making cold calls

Courteous responses over phone, time bound responses by mail and other relevant

correspondence

Documentation

& filing

Drafting

Preparing

Quotes

Prepare quotes and detail technical specification using the company's excel template..

File enquiry and quotes

Review customer PO & WO, Issue work order with clear technical and customisation

details

Filing of site inspection report, PMC reports, service reports

Drafting letters, minutes, site inspection report as per the format in excel

Followup receipt of quote, invoices, AMC contract papers, confirmation

of

Performa invoicing in excel
