Roles and responsibilities Create a positive first impression by welcoming and greeting visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members. Monitor and respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for students and parents with educational consultants. create and maintain records of student inquiries, appointments, and interactions for future reference and reporting. Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, or complaints from students or parents in a professional and timely manner.
