Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Ensure a polished and welcoming reception experience for all visitors.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations with an eye for detail.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for prompt office maintenance and repairs.

Office Asset Management:

  • Keep meticulous track of office assets, ensuring their optimal functionality.
  • Streamline the allocation and retrieval of office assets for employees.

Courier Management:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers promptly and securely.
  • Maintain precise records of all shipments.

Travel and Accommodation Coordination:

  • Quickly and efficiently assist in ticket and hotel bookings for team travel.
  • Navigate the logistics of team travel arrangements with finesse.

Event Execution Support:

  • Provide on-the-go assistance in organizing and executing office events.
  • Tackle logistical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

Petty Cash Management:

  • Manage petty cash disbursements with accuracy and discretion.
  • Reconcile petty cash transactions in a timely manner.

Vendor Management:

  • Cultivate effective relationships with vendors for seamless service.
  • Negotiate terms and monitor service levels to ensure optimal performance.

Purchase Management:

  • Execute purchase requisitions swiftly, obtaining competitive quotes.
  • Employ quick thinking to negotiate and secure favorable terms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a venture capital or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
