Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role

Roles and Responsibilities
- Open Office at 10 am sharp and close Office at 6.30 pm ensuring no deadline is pending for the day.
- Download data from Email and Create and assign jobs in Project Management System (PMS)
- Understand and check all the required data like Text, Size, Images and other verbal brief before entering new job in PMS.
- Fill all the required data in PMS that help designer to start work on design job. Convey verbal instructions as written instructions in PMS.
- Give proper Folder name with client name & check File name with Client name, size, Type of artwork. Put data in proper folder keeping Subject line in mind.
- Take daily follow ups of designs sent yesterday and other pending jobs. Set reminder for client follow-ups.
- Strict quality check of every single artwork with instructions on Email before sending. Make sure all changes are done by designers and then only send it to clients.
- Manage artwork deadlines effectively. And Make sure all the designers are equipped with all pending works.
- Download and check timesheet of each designer at every 15 days interval and create and submit report to Management as per given format.
- Discuss and prepare agency promotion jobs with Madam and allocate these tasks when designer is free and no pending client deadlines.
