To provide prompt, efficient and responsive service to guests in all Front Office areas, so as to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an environment of high individual moral
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems/operations Provides prompt, courteous & efficient service to all guests, so as to achieve a
high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure maximum room revenue through upselling within stipulated guidelines.
Provides complete assistance to guest on arrival & departure (check in & check out).
Ensure proper record keeping & documentation as per statutory & organizational requirements.
Ensure safety and security of guest belongings.
Prepares accurate room folios/ bills & ensures settlement of the same.
Adheres to all organizational polices & standards.
Responsible for maintaining effective communication channels with the guest though prompt & courteous delivery of messages / information.
Responsible for effective Room key & Safe Deposit Management/Control
Responsible for the efficient, clean, safe and hygiene maintenance of all Front Office areas.
