Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Royal Orchid Hotels in Jamnagar. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, check-in, and effective communication with guests and staff.

- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and check-in processes
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
