Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Gurugram. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, getting in touch with suppliers for hotels and other tour providers, following up with potential customers for their queries, and check-in tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle check-ins and customer inquiries
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
