Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at GRAND CONTINENT HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, check-in procedures, and effective communication with guests.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
- Check-in procedures and effective Communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or front desk roles
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
