A Front Office Associate will beresponsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managingreservations, and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. The positioninvolves greeting guests, assisting with reservations. The Front Office Associatemust be knowledgeable about casino promotions, events, and amenities and beable to provide information to guests.
KeyResponsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, and provideexcellent customer service throughout their stay.
Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring that all informationis accurate and up-to-date.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficientmanner.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely andefficient manner.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and roomfeatures to guests.
Manage inventory and ensure that rooms are clean, well-maintained,and properly stocked with supplies.
Work closely with other departments, such ashousekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactionsaccurately and in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billinginformation.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of guest invoices andreceipts.
Provide support to other hotel departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
Attend training and development sessions as required, to developskills and knowledge required for the role.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager orSupervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel orhospitality setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the abilityto multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy andproblem-solving.
Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating effectivelywith other departments.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings,weekends, and holidays.
Must be fluent in English, and any additional language is anadvantage.
Must be able to stand for extended periods
The Front Office Associate is requiredto perform duties as necessary to meet the on-going needs of the organization.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication andcustomer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, possess theability to multitask and work well under pressure, and have a positive,friendly attitude.
