Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.- Assist guests with their inquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel and its services.
Guide guests to the appropriate department or staff member as needed.
- Assist in managing the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
- Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and other services.
Assist with luggage handling and storage.- Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Serve refreshments to guests as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant departments.- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
