Position Overview: The Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails & WhatsApp
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel and providing necessary information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain filing systems
Communication And Collaboration
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them to relevant parties.
- Support internal and external communication by drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Miscellaneous Tasks
- Conduct research and gather data as required for various projects and initiatives.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing , tracking expenses and processing reimbursements.
- Managing website
- Posting Social Media posts
- WhatsApp Posts
- Cordinating with other office related tasks
- Database Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15,000.00 - 180,000.00 per month

Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
