o Overseeing the performance of the students by taking feedback from the faculty members and sharing the feedback and performance results with the students and their parents.
o Establish and maintain a good report with the students and parents and get class feedback from them regularly.
o Identify and escalate issues submitted by the students and their parents and submit a report to the management team.
o Ensure proper updation of students in the student management software and related activities.
o Inform students of deadlines for submission of course work, fee payments, moderation of assessment, internal assessments and any other reports/documentation.
o Ensuring all required documentation is provided by students.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
o Ability to prioritize and multitask.
o Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
o Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
o Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the service.
