Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the manager in all the HR activity and meeting the department s assigned targets. Also, to organize, initiate & implementation of Performance Appraisal & Compensation for NMC, Poornata (WFA Module), engagement of Apprentice, employee wellness, onboarding and exit process for effective and smooth functioning of the system.

Role & responsibilities:

  • On Boarding / Exit Process
  • Confirmation Process
  • PMS, Compensation & Benefit for NMC
  • Hiring and engagement of Apprentice
  • HR MIS & Maintain personal Files
  • Statutory Compliance of Apprenticeship Act & Employment Exchange Act
  • Employee Wellness

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2- 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role with a manufacturing company.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree and MBA (HR).

Skills/Competencies:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of onboarding, separation, and compliance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly related to PF, ESI, and other employee benefits.
