Ensure smooth operation of the VAP plant by maintain all control parameters
| - Maintain critical parameters and monitor any deviations
- Acknowledge and take corrective actions on deviation alarms in coordination field engineers
- Ensure plant operation as per SOP
- Ensure plant start up and stoppage as per checklist
- Prompt actions on deviations to avoid plant tripping
- Arrange for proper and timely dispatches of goods
- Implementation of SOP check sheet for incoming material, bags
- Supervise the people and impart training on functional job
- Handing of finished product and upkeepment of product

- Product Quality:
Maintain quality of the product so as to meet customer requirements
| - Maintain process and quality parameters strictly
- Maintain process parameters to meet customer's quality requirements
- Quickly switchover parameters during load variations to ensure product quality
- Product identification and traceability

- Cost Control
Control cost of production to achieve production within budgeted cost | - Maintain stringent control on process parameters
- Timely control deviations from SOPs for optimization of chemical consumption
- Ensure running equipment at optimal value
- Control any idle running of equipment
- Check consumption of raw materials, packing material and utilities within target

- System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM):
Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements
| - Strictly adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures
- Strictly adhere to OHSAS & SA 8000 norms
- Implement IMS, WCM and sustainability practices
- Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities
- Train the team to comply with these norms
- Maintain process systems having zero effluent and zero accident
- Participate and own the equipment and process
- Impart functional training to people/contractor

- Customer Service
Follow directives and meet customer needs
| - Meet internal and external customer needs & take timely action on the same
- Make final product dispatch as per customer requirement.
- Implementation of suggestion/feedback from customer redressal system
