RetainIQ Job Description - Frontend Engineer
RetainIQ enables e-commerce stores & D2C brands globally to generate personalized dynamic creatives for their marketing communication (ADs and Email) at scale. These personalized dynamic creatives enable brands to engage their customers better and increase RoAS and Conversion.
RetainIQ was founded with a vision to bring a paradigm shift in the way companies create marketing content to communicate with and sell to their customers by making it more personalized and contextual. We generate all formats of high-performing marketing content - Text, Images & Videos by leveraging AI and the Brands user and product schema.
RetainIQ is backed by Accel, one of the best VCs globally and is co-founded by ex-entrepreneurs and product leaders who have built leading products in the ecommerce domain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with founders/engineering head on core frontend architecture & code
- Work with product and design teams to build a world-class product
- Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
Preferred Qualifications
- Tier 1 engg college (IITs / BITS / NITs)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in building high-performance frontend interfaces
- Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding and appreciation of good design principles
- Experience in high growth and early-stage tech preferred.
- Good ability to understand functional requirements and documentation as required.
- Attention to detail & structured approach to solving problems
