Front End Developer (React.js)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front End Developer with expertise in React.js to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in front-end development, a solid understanding of Redux, and a knack for converting Figma designs into responsive web applications. The role requires working within an Agile methodology and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.

- Implement state management using Redux.

- Convert Figma designs into high-quality code.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to integrate RESTful APIs.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Key Requirements:

- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Front End Developer.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux.

- Experience with responsive web development and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficient in converting Figma designs to functional code.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end components.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications adhere to them.
